Overnight Rentals

3 night minimum: $325 - 375 / night (see table below)

Weekly rental: $2000 - 2400 (see table below)

Monthly rental: $5000 - 6000 (see table below)

Holiday weekends: - $500/night

Refundable Security Deposit:
payable 10 days prior to arrival

refund is made within 72 hours of verification of the condition of the premises

Rent deposit:
50% of the rent is due in advance to secure your booking

balance is due no later than upon arrival
